Daphnia pulex tandem genes: Cadherin

Tandem duplicate gene clusters are selected from those with homology to other organisms. Descriptions here suggested from homology may not be the most accurate. Duplicate genes were located with 'tandy' duplicate finding software. This is a work-in-progress: These automatically detected clusters need human judgement still on value as a true gene cluster.
